Yay!! it's official, spread the news: spring break is here!!! i've waited and waited for this glorious week to come! i'm sure many of you have plans, and as for me, today i'm at my parents house, then tomorrow i'm traveling to big bear with my grandparents and my dad, then sunday we're going to MAMMOTH!!! dude, seriously cannot wait. this next week i'm really excited not only for the amazing snow/skiing, but spending time with my grandparents and focusing more on God. I hope that this next week we all stay focused on him and use this precious time to strengthen our walks/relationships with him.
on a sidenote....tonite i write by sitting on a manmade cot (pillows) dealing with the fact that my little sister is in fact "that teenager" who is my way or no way. i don't think i was ever like that, but for those who don't have siblings, well, you're lucky. one minute she want's to be besties, the other, get out of my face/room. but what's giving me comfort right now, besides watching my dog curled in a ball asleep, is the fact that one day, yes one day, katie won't act this way to people she loves. so at least i get to look forward to that aspect.
