yesterday i came out of my class, only to find that it was pouring rain. i was unprepared for this, but still welcomed the rain as i got soaked for my next class. I went as any other tuesday to my classes and then during my break decided to have lunch in east commons which i never do anymore. all the tables were taken, due to the rain, there was a limited amount of places to sit in the uncrowded outside. but nonetheless i found a place to sit sharing a table with another girl. 5 minutes of simply sitting there, and 1 hr and 30 min later, i am thinking about a really great conversation that i had with this girl there at the table. we talked about future hopes, problems and it was amazing. realizing that we all are more alike then we think was the best part. we all think we are completely alone in how we feel about the world around us, but the reality of it all is that we're not.
besides that. not that much has been going on. i found out yesterday that i won't be able to go to adx banquet, which is a huge bust, but i will make my presence there...i'm thinking huge picture of me and having people pose by me. ha. that would be GREAT! the reason i am unable to go.... MY SISTER'S WEDDING! robin just had to have it then, right?! and the rehearsal dinner is the night before. i'm not sad to not be there, i definitely would always choose my sister over a semesterly banquet, i am sad that it's some of my fav loves last banquet. still seeing what time everything ends/begins/ and perhaps i can swing by afterwards for a bit. we'll see.
